About Me

Hi, I’m Brooke and I’d love to help you with your real estate goals! As you look for a real estate agent in Rome and Floyd County, experience is important. I have more than two decades of experience in real estate, most of it right here in the community where I was born and raised.

I’m a graduate of Darlington School and Shorter University, and I obtained my real estate license from Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate in Atlanta. I started my real estate career in Athens, Georgia, where I was a member of the Million Dollar Club at the Athens Area Association of Realtors and the recipient of the Sterling Award for Coldwell Banker UpChurch Realty.

In 2004, my family and I moved back to Rome, and it was the best decision we have ever made. I couldn’t be happier to live, work and serve in the community that is closest to my heart.

A graduate of the Rome Floyd Chamber’s Leadership Rome program, I’m a member of First Baptist Church, Seven Hills Rotary Club (president-elect), United Way of Rome & Floyd County Board of Directors (president), Keep Rome Floyd Beautiful Board of Directors (chairman), and I serve as a class agent at Darlington School.

Since I started working with Hardy Realty & Development Co . in 2005, I’ve been the recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award annually and performed in the top 3 in sales for the last decade. I was named Agent of the Year in 2011 and 2012. But no amount of accolades beats the experiences I’ve been so fortunate to share with my clients!
